Our guest rooms are all available as doubles or twins with many enjoying views across the beautiful Clyde Countryside.

Our rooms have been designed to help you relax and ease into the comfort and freedom that a short break in the Scottish Borders should bring!

All rooms are en-suite and come fully equipped with Free-view television, tea and coffee facilities and the option of room service.

Our tariffs are based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a Bed and Breakfast basis including VAT and service.

Room Policies

Check-in/out

  • Check in time is 3pm
  • Check out time is 11AM
  • If you would like to arrive early (from 12 noon) or a late departure (up to 2pm), then we can arrange this for only £10 per hour per room.

Pre-book Dinner

  • Pre-book dinner for an allocation of £15 towards the evening menu.

Single Occupancy

  • For single occupancy deduct £15 per room.

Dogs

  • Dogs are charged £12 per night.

Payment method:

  • By Cash, Visa Card, Master Card, American Express.

Cancellations

  • If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival no charge will be made, where a payment has been made a full refund will be given.
  • If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, where a payment has already been made no refund will be given.
  • Special occasions and offers are non-refundable
  • Date changes may be accepted at management discretion.
